
Coffè Rice
For coffee lovers, here’s a recipe to be missed: the Rice Coffee!
Ingredients to prepare the risotto Coffee:
DOSES FOR 4 PEOPLE
Carnaroli rice: 320 grams
1 shallot
3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup of coffee
Vegetable broth
Parmigiano Reggiano
The preparation of risotto Coffee:
First, prepare the vegetable stock using carrots, celery, onion, radish and parsley.
Take a pan, add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, chop the shallot and let it dry in the pan.
At this point, add 320 grams of Carnaroli rice and let it toast the rice in a pan for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Now add a cup of coffee and let it evaporate.
During cooking, add little by little with a ladle the broth prepared earlier.
After cooking, stir the risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano.
